Compose 4.0 NIPR SVA

PROBLEM:

COMPOSE 4.0 NIPR SVA notification emails are saying CRLs are expired.

SOLUTION:

OBTAINED SOP 8_NIPR NCVI v4.0.0_for_COMPOSE_v4.0.0_Maintenance_Guide_v1.01  (From SAILOR)

1. Refer to section 2.18, (Page 22) ”Renew NOC MVA Certificate”

Just look at the NOC MVA Certificate and make sure it is still valid and not expired.

It can’t be expired.

If it is, you need to redo the entire section 2.18 of the attached SOP.

If it is not expired, move onto #2 below.

2. Once the MVA cert is verified to be valid, perform all steps in  Section 2.26 (page 29) - “Remove the Manual CRL Import Configuration part of the SOP. “

After about 30-hour, you will start seeing the Database filling up with fresh certs.

It will do this automatically for the next 3 years.

(NOTE, FOR COMPOSE 4.0.1 is a similar procedure but you will need to download COMPOSE 4.0.1 Maintenenace Guide from SAILOR)
