ISSUE:
GAL SYNC shows in AD but not in outlook when clicking the TO: button to see a list of GAL users
Resolution:
Log into Exchange Server
Open Exchange Management Shell
Type the below commands
Get-addresslist then press Enter
Get-addresslist | update-addresslist then press Enter
Get-GlobalAddressList then press Enter
Get-GlobalAddressList | Update-GlobalAddressList then press Enter
You will now see Gal Users in outlook.
