TMIP services

Issue:

Please open a ticket to address the TMIP workstation on the AR2.1 network.  Ship’s MSO/SCO/RET2 reports they are not able to start Oracle services on the TMIP workstation.  The start/stop/restart the service is greyed out.

The TMIP computer was put into an OU without restrictive GPO’s, completed a GPUpdate /force and rebooted.  Services still cannot be started by MSO.  Ship is unable to troubleshoot GPO issues.

Solution:


Please try to stop and restart the “OracleTNSListener Service”
