(CRQ200108) SQL 2016 SPe update failed at Rule Check and cannot continue

Error: The machine is clustered, but the cluster is not online or cannot be access from one of its nodes.

Solution:

Run command prompt as Administrator.

mofcomp C:\Windows\System32\WBEM\cimwin32.mof

Then rerun the SQL SP3 update
